Chuck McElwain joined the Board of Hope For Madagascar in 2006. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 30 years of professional experience, including two decades as the Director of Accounting Services for the Boulder Valley School District. Chuck oversees all financial management and compliance for the organization.
