SCHOOL CONSTRUCION PROJECT

MAMOTRATRAKA PUBLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL

EPP Mamotratraka's new school construction has been completed and has been officially dedicated and handed over to the Community members of Mamotratraka and its surrounding villages on September 27, 2018.  Georges Raelisaona, a board member of Hope For Madagascar, based in Colorado, USA was in charge of the execution of the construction. This cyclone resistant building is located 20 km off the coastal town of Manakara.

Major donors for this projects include Subsaharischer Afrika, a German Non Profit organization based in Kreuztal, Germany, Hope For Madagascar in Boulder, Colorado, as well as Rodelle Inc (Fort Collins, Coloraodo) , Boulder Montessori School (Boulder, Colorado) and the Mamotratraka community members.

TSARATANANA PRIMARY PUBLIC SCHOOL - 2011

(Ecole Primaire Publique Tsaratanana, Vatovavy Fitovinany)

This school construction project, located in Tsaratanana (aka Croisement Sahasinaka) in Vatovavy Fitovinany region was launched on October 23, 2011. Georges Raelisaona was in charged of the supervision of this project which was funded primarily by Subsaharischer Afrika, a German Non Profit organization based in Kreuztal, Germany and Hope For Madagascar in Boulder, Colorado, USA. The villagers of Tsaratanana contributed by providing a portion of the construction materials.

AMBALONA PUBLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL - 2009

 This was the very first school that Hope For Madagascar donated in Madagascar. It is located in the small rural village of Ambalona, 25 Km from Irondro County, in the Vatovavy Fitovinany region. 

 

This project was funded primarily by Hope For Madagascar members in the USA  and private individual donations. The villagers of Ambalona contributed by providing locally available construction materials.
